All our lamb is farm raised on Blackpool farm in the Cathcart district, giving it the distinct flavour Eastern Cape meat is known for. All the lamb are guaranteed antibiotic and hormone free
Our lamb can be supplied fresh or frozen. Frozen has been aged for 4/5 days before being cut up and individually wrapped and packed. Allowing the meat to mature for 5 days encourages natural tenderisation.
Fresh lamb has been aged for 3 days prior to being cut and packaged. The lamb is then transported immediately to preserve the cold chain and retain that “farm fresh” taste.
